I’ve ordered a couple of guitars from shops on both AliExpress and DH gate. The sellers seem very communicative at first and then you place your order and then you really don’t hear anything from them again the arrival date comes still no tracking and then eventually you have to file a dispute to get your money back. . It’s a great experience, and the guitar is delivered..
I just sent Kathy an email so hopefully I can see what that experiences all about.
What kind of experiences everybody else had?

I’ve been talking with her the last couple of days on a 3rd I’m having made. The other 2 I ordered were good, although 1 did have a couple of issues but was resolved.
